The first time, I thought those cards had simply been forgotten in the translation. But after playing a few more games, I noticed the same pattern: all cards appeared in Spanish until a certain turn, and from then on, they always appeared in English.
So I deduce that the problem isn’t with the translation itself — because those same cards are shown in Spanish if drawn earlier in the game. The problem seems to be that something prevents the game from displaying the translated text after a certain point.

There's a high probability the issue is still there as nobody from developers touched it for years. I just cannot see how it could be reproduced unfortunately.
