It didn't let me "buy back" for 1 rage each of my winning cards played. Tt just dissolved them (like in a normal battle) but didn't ask if if wanted to use Tyr's prowess to keep any cards. Look into whether Loki's "steal the winning played cards" takes precedence over "Tyr's prowess take back my winning cards" as that interaction should have happened (but didn't because Tyr's prowess wasn't working right anyway.)
