I am playing a torunament of Hive, game #187411667
The other player is doing a spam Offer Draw for 5 days in a row (multiple times every day and never did a movement).
I am suggesting to avoid this situation and makes worse the things to players that play fairly and lose by time by such tactic that would be illegal on BGA.
It is a bad sign that this bug report has not been analysed by any developer since 2021 - which is 4 years (!) ago!
