Minor, of course since there is a button to flip them back to face up, but having the option to let them remain face up would make the process smoother.
I find it useful to see all the cards I am assigning until I am done with assignments and ready to commit. There is too much to try and remember on each card that having them remain face up as I stage them into the three roles would be helpful. For now, I just use the button to flip them back over again, so it is just a minor annoyance. I am unsure why they even need to be flipped face down in the first place. In real life, yes, but not on BGA. -
