In a solo game, you can ask no more than 78 questions (19 row/column counts, 6 even/odd, 7 compare values, 56 empty/filled) plus 2 guesses, so the game is limited to max. 80 turns. Each turn should at least increase the progress by 1.25 (or: first 3 turns +1, then 4th turn +2, then next 3 turns +1 then next turn +2, and so on).
And, if the game ends, the progress should be set to 100%, even if the game did not last 80 turns.
Most games will end earlier than 80 turns (e.g. after asking 56 empty/filled questions, you do not need to ask any other questions but can surely solve the puzzle.
