I made a move and it want charging so I F5 the page and it froze completely

I was playing fine for awhile then the game started lagging on my end (the other player had no issues) moves where charging more and more slowly, as of with bad internet connection. Eventually, my game completely froze and when I tried F5 it got stuck at "opening the box/charging art of game at 10%" didn't move one bit from there, so other player eventually (understandably) kicked me out.

The thing is: I check my internet and it's running fine, I opened BGA fresh and it's running okay in the rest of the site, so it seems to be a bug only on that table, and only on my side...

Could I get my points and karma back, please? 🙏
