I have to select a card with an Active effect, my only card with an Active effect is the Mimic. I click on the mimic and it asks me to pick a green card on my discard pile. I have no green cards on my discard pile. The only option I can click on is "Undo", which just takes me back to the start of this step. There's no other option to click on.
