So I don't know how to best solve this because I agree that the text already states "Loss and Damage Fund"
Maybe "Loss and Damage Fund" could stand out more with a bold font or something ?
People often only read the buttons and assume that the text around it in the status bar is not important, especially when the button contains an actions like "Discard 1" rather than just "1" which would force us to read the rest to understand what the "1" refers too. So maybe just numbered buttons would weirdly reduce the risk of errors ?

Maybe people could explain why they're doing that? If people choose to ignore the explanation, I guess we can't force them to play the game without clicking buttons randomly.
