In Open Season, you play as a monster- a little cruel, but wishing to do things right- who has decided to take revenge on the groups of adventurers who come to disturb their peace. After getting rid of them, you still have to decorate your living room properly, so you try to assemble a nice collection of heads on the wall.
The game takes place over 11 or 9 rounds, then players score. Players take turns clockwise, doing the following on their turn:
1. Fill the market to five face up cards.
2. Take a card from the market, and place it on a free space on their board.
3. Trigger any bonus actions; these three actions are associated with the top three slots of your player board, and you trigger one when you place a card in your reserve matching a person associated with one of the three actions. If by activating a bonus action, a new card is placed in your reserve, it can trigger another bonus action.
On your player board
- All slots in the top row must contain different people and/or face down cards.
- The two cards on either side of the "Different" symbol must be of different people and/or face down cards.
- All slots in the bottom row must contain different people and/or face down cards.
After nine rounds, the game ends, then players count their points.

TEMPORADA OBERTA: bastant cruel!
A Open Season, jugues com un monstre, una mica cruel, però amb ganes de fer les coses bé, que ha decidit venjar-se dels grups d'aventurers que vénen a pertorbar la seva pau. Després de desfer-se'n, encara heu de decorar la vostra sala d'estar correctament, així que intenteu muntar una bonica col·lecció de caps a la paret.
El joc té lloc en 11 o 9 rondes, després els jugadors puntuen. Els jugadors fan torns en el sentit de les agulles del rellotge, fent el següent al seu torn:
1. Omple el mercat fins a cinc cartes boca amunt.
2. Agafa una carta del mercat i col·loca-la en un espai lliure del seu tauler.
3. Activa qualsevol acció de bonificació; aquestes tres accions s'associen amb les tres ranures superiors del teu tauler de jugador, i n'actives una quan col·loques una carta a la teva reserva que coincideix amb una persona associada amb una de les tres accions. Si activant una acció de bonificació, es col·loca una nova targeta a la teva reserva, pot activar una altra acció de bonificació.
Al teu tauler de jugadors
- Totes les ranures de la fila superior han de contenir persones diferents i/o cartes boca avall.
- Les dues cartes a banda i banda del símbol "Diferents" han de ser de persones diferents i/o cartes boca avall.
- Totes les ranures de la fila inferior han de contenir persones diferents i/o cartes boca avall.
Després de nou rondes, el joc acaba i els jugadors compten els seus punts.
