We all love cats. And by all, I mean... me. To start.
And this game is no exception to me: there is an island full of cats. FULL OF CATS!
But we need to save them before the evil Lord Vesh arrives.
And as we know, cats are not the best animals when it comes to being in water.
If there was an animal swimming competition, I would not bet on a cat.
So the goal of the game is to fill our boat with cats from the island to rescue all of them.
Can you imagine that?
A boat full of purring balls of fur?
Each cat is represented by a unique tile, with different shapes and colors, and belongs to a family.
So we need to make them fit on deck while keeping families together.

Study ancient lessons
Each lesson you collect adds another way of scoring points with either a personal or public goal, and there are 38 unique lessons available. Complete lessons, fill your boat, and keep cat families together to score points. The player with the most points after five rounds wins.
It is a cute game for 1 to 4 players, lasting less than an hour. It won quite a few nominations worldwide, so it is definitely worth a look.. or a try!

In short, The Isle of Cats is a competitive, medium-weight, card-drafting, polyomino cat-placement board game.
Thanks to the designer Frank West and the publisher The City of Games, this title is now available for you all to play on your favorite platform!
And, obviously, nothing would have been possible without the one, the only, the Mr. Mistoffelees: bennygui, who developed the game for you all to enjoy.
No fancy expansions available for the moment, but you can play in Family or Solo mode, which is quite convenient to discover this awesome game.

A tothom li agraden els gats.

Per començar.
I aquest joc no és cap excepció per a mi: hi ha una illa plena de gats.
PLENA DE GATS!
Però hem de salvar-los abans no arribi el malvat Lord Vesh.
I, com sabem, els gats no són els millors animals quan es tracta d'estar a l'aigua.
Si hi hagués una competició de natació d'animals, no apostaria per un gat.
Així que l'objectiu del joc és omplir la nostra barca amb gats de l'illa per tal de rescatar-los tots.
Us ho podeu imaginar?
Una barca plena de boles de pèl i el seu ronc?
Cada gat el representa una rajola única, amb diferents formes i colors, i pertany a una família.
Així doncs, els hem d'encabir a coberta alhora que mantenim les famílies unides.
També hauràs de gestionar els recursos a mesura que:
- Explores l'illa (triant cartes)
- Rescates gats
- Trobes tresors
- Et fas amic d'Oshax
- Estudies lliçons antigues
Cada lliçó que recullis afegeix una altra manera d'aconseguir punts amb un objectiu personal o públic, i hi ha 38 lliçons úniques disponibles.
Completa les lliçons, omple la teva barca i manté les famílies de gats juntes per a guanyar punts.
Guanya qui té més punts després de cinc rondes.
És un joc bonic per a 1 a 4 jugadors, que dura menys d'una hora.
