*Howdy, everybody, there comes a time when you just cannot deny the mess that is going to happen.
Cause there's a new Sheriff in town, and the name is BANG!*
If you don't know what the game is about (where have you been?), here is a small recap.
If you are already familiar with this epic showdown, you can skip to the end of this summary.
The card game BANG! recreates an old-fashioned spaghetti western shoot-out, with each player randomly receiving a Character card to determine special abilities, and a secret Role card to determine their goal.
Four different Roles are available, each with a unique victory condition:
Sheriff - Kill all Outlaws and the Renegade
Deputy - Protect the Sheriff and kill any Outlaws
Outlaw - Kill the Sheriff
Renegade - Be the last person standing
A player's Role is kept secret, except for the Sheriff. Character cards are placed face up on table, and they also track strength (hand limit) in addition to the special ability.
There are 22 different types of cards in the draw deck. The most common are the BANG! cards, which let you shoot at another player, assuming the target is within "range" of your current gun. The target player can play a "MISSED!" card to dodge the shot. Other cards can provide temporary boosts while in play (for example, different guns to improve your firing range) and special one-time effects to help you or hinder your opponents (such as Beer to restore health, or Barrels to hide behind during a shootout). A horse is useful for keeping your distance from unruly neighbors, while the Winchester can hit a target at range 5. The Gatling is a deadly exception where range doesn't matter: it can only be used once, but targets all other players at the table!

Tot va començar amb un BANG! BANG!
Bon dia a tothom! Arriba un moment en què no pots negar l'embolic que està a punt de passar.
Perquè hi ha un nou xèrif a la ciutat i es diu BANG!
Si no sabeu de què va el joc (on heu estat?), aquí en teniu un petit resum.
Si ja esteu familiaritzat amb aquest enfrontament èpic, podeu saltar al final.
El joc de cartes BANG! recrea un tiroteig antiquat d'espagueti western, amb cada jugador rebent una carta de personatge a l'atzar per determinar habilitats especials i una carta de rol secreta per determinar-ne l'objectiu.
Hi ha quatre rols diferents disponibles, cadascun amb una condició de victòria única:
Xèrif: mata tots els proscrits i el renegat
Ajudant: protegeix el xèrif i mata els proscrits
Proscrit - Mata el xèrif
Renegat - Sigues l'última persona en peu
El paper d'un jugador es manté en secret, excepte el del xèrif.
Les cartes de personatge es posen cara amunt a la taula i també fan un seguiment de la força (límit de la mà) a més de l'habilitat especial.
Hi ha 22 tipus diferents de cartes a la baralla de robar.
Els més habituals són les cartes BANG!,
que et permeten disparar-li a un altre jugador, suposant que l'objectiu es troba dins de l'"abast" de la teva arma actual.
El jugador objectiu pot jugar una carta de "FALLAT!" per esquivar el tret.
Altres cartes poden proporcionar augments temporals mentre estan en joc (per exemple, diferents pistoles per millorar el vostre camp de tir) i efectes especials puntuals per a ajudar-vos o molestar els vostres adversaris (com ara la cervesa per a recuperar la salut o els barrils per a amagar-vos durant un tiroteig).
Un cavall és útil per mantenir la distància dels veïns rebels, mentre que el Winchester pot encertar un objectiu a un rang 5.
El Gatling és una excepció mortal on l'abast no importa: només es pot fer servir una vegada, però apunta a tots els altres jugadors de la taula!
