We are starting the back-to-school month with a bang! Hegemony: Lead your Class to Victory made a massive splash upon release and received multiple awards, because of how it simulates real-world politics and macroeconomics.
In this asymmetric, card-driven political-economic simulation, you control a completely different socio-economic class of a modern nation, each with its own unique components, actions, and paths to victory.
There are four roles you can play: the Working Class, whose goal is to find jobs for the workers, increase its population and secure high wages; the Capitalist Class whose objective is pure profit; the Middle Class, which balances between higher wages and lower taxes; and the State, that must maintain social stability and legitimacy.
While you have your own separate goals, all the players are limited by a series of policies that affect most of their actions, like Taxation, Labor Market, Foreign Trade, etc. Voting on those policies and using their influence to change them is also very important. Through careful planning, strategic actions and political maneuvering, you will do your best to increase the power of your class and carry out your agenda.
Hegemony: Lead your Class to Victory is played over a five rounds. Each one consists of multiple phases: the Action Phase, the Production Phase, the Elections Phase and the Scoring Phase. At the end of the 5th round, there is an additional Endgame step and end-game scoring is applied.
Will you take the side of the workers and fight for social reforms, or will you stand with the corporations and the free market?

Hegemonia: Guia la teva classe cap a la victòria!
Comencem el mes de la tornada a l'escola amb força! Hegemony: Lead your Class to Victory va causar sensació des del seu llançament i va rebre múltiples premis per la manera com simula la política i la macroeconomia del món real.
En aquesta simulació político-econòmica asimètrica i basada en cartes, controles una classe socioeconòmica completament diferent d'una nació moderna, cadascuna amb els seus propis components, accions i camins cap a la victòria.
Hi ha quatre papers que pots interpretar: la Classe Treballadora, que té com a objectiu trobar feina per als treballadors, augmentar la seva població i assegurar salaris alts; la Classe Capitalista, que té com a objectiu el benefici pur; la Classe Mitjana, que busca un equilibri entre salaris més alts i impostos més baixos; i l'Estat, que ha de mantenir l'estabilitat social i la legitimitat.
Tot i que tens els teus propis objectius separats, tots els jugadors estan limitats per una sèrie de polítiques que afecten la majoria de les seves accions, com ara els impostos, el mercat laboral, el comerç exterior, etc. Votar aquestes polítiques i utilitzar la teva influència per canviar-les també és molt important. Mitjançant una planificació acurada, accions estratègiques i maniobres polítiques, faràs tot el possible per augmentar el poder de la teva classe i dur a terme la teva agenda.
Hegemonia: Porta la teva classe a la victòria es juga en cinc rondes. Cadascuna consta de diverses fases: la Fase d'Acció, la Fase de Producció, la Fase d'Eleccions i la Fase de Puntuació. Al final de la cinquena ronda, hi ha un pas addicional de final de partida i s'aplica la puntuació de final de partida.
