A generation ago, Elsa von Frühlingfeld presented her invention to King Frederik Augustus II of Saxony: a process she called “atomization”. Her device, the Nucleum, ushered in a new era of energy and prosperity over the next decades.
You take on the role of an industrialist trying to succeed during the economic and technological boom of 19th-century Saxony, fueled by the invention and spread of the Nucleum (which people of another century, and a different timeline, would call a nuclear reactor) and its immense power generating capabilities.
In this heavy Euro board game, on your turn, you must do one of the following:
Play an Action tile: this allows you to resolve actions and fulfill a Contract. Place the tile on the leftmost empty space at the top of your player board, then resolve both actions depicted on the tile, in any order. Any action can be skipped, nothing is mandatory. You can Urbanize, Industrialize, Develop, Contract and Energize.
Place a Railway: select any empty railway space on the map that is adjacent to a city and/or railway, place the tile on it face up in any direction, and place one of your Workers on it. Note that if you don’t have a worker, you can’t choose this action.
Recharge: gain income, advance a Milestone marker, and pull all your played tiles back off your player board so you can reuse them.
The game ends once two of five conditions are met (three in a 2-player game) and victory goes to the one with the most VP. You earn victory points by putting up Urban Buildings, powering them up with electricity, completing Contracts, and hitting milestones dictated by King Frederik Augustus II.
Build railways, mine uranium, and power a booming steampunk city in Nucleum and find that spark that wins you the game.

Fa una generació, Elsa von Frühlingfeld va presentar el seu invent al rei Frederic August II de Saxònia: un procés que va anomenar "atomització". El seu dispositiu, el Nucleum, va marcar el començament d'una nova era d'energia i prosperitat durant les dècades següents.
Assumeixes el paper d'un industrial que intenta triomfar durant el boom econòmic i tecnològic de la Saxònia del segle XIX, impulsat per la invenció i la propagació del Nucleum (que la gent d'un altre segle i d'una línia temporal diferent anomenaria reactor nuclear) i les seves immenses capacitats de generació d'energia.
En aquest pesat joc de taula d'euro, en el teu torn, has de fer una de les accions següents:
Jugar una fitxa d'Acció: això et permet resoldre accions i complir un Contracte. Col·loca la fitxa a l'espai buit situat més a l'esquerra a la part superior del teu tauler de jugador i, a continuació, resol les dues accions que hi apareixen, en qualsevol ordre. Es pot saltar qualsevol acció, no hi ha res obligatori. Pots Urbanitzar, Industrialitzar, Desenvolupar, Contractar i Energitzar.
Col·loca una via fèrria: selecciona qualsevol espai buit de via fèrria al mapa que estigui adjacent a una ciutat i/o via fèrria, col·loca-hi la fitxa cara amunt en qualsevol direcció i col·loca-hi un dels teus treballadors. Tingues en compte que si no tens cap treballador, no pots triar aquesta acció.
Recarrega: guanya ingressos, avança un marcador de fita i retira totes les fitxes que has jugat del teu tauler de jugador per poder-les reutilitzar.
El joc acaba quan es compleixen dues de les cinc condicions (tres en un joc de 2 jugadors) i la victòria és per a qui tingui més PV. Guanyes punts de victòria construint edificis urbans, alimentant-los amb electricitat, completant contractes i assolint fites dictades pel rei Frederic August II.
Construeix ferrocarrils, extreu urani i alimenta una ciutat steampunk en auge a Nucleum i troba l'espurna que et farà guanyar la partida.
