Coral reefs have a positive impact on nature. They cover a tiny fraction of the ocean floor, yet they house one quarter of all marine life, protect shorelines from heavy waves, and filter ocean water.
So, grab your flippers, because this fascinating underwater paradise is in danger. The ocean needs you.
In Reef Gardens, you're not just diving for fun, you're on a mission: rebuild the coral reefs before time and money run out. Every tile you place brings a new patch of reef to life, but conservation isn't cheap. When funds run low, you might have to tear out reefs you just planted to fund your next research breakthrough.
On your turn, you’ll choose between Planting and Surfacing. There is no passing, you must always take an action. Planting lets you purchase corals from the underwater nursery and plant them immediately. Surfacing requires completing at least one reef and retrieving your diver to receive research funds.
Will you protect what you've built, or sacrifice it for a shot at something bigger? If you’re unfamiliar with scuba diving and corals, you can start with the tutorial. Once you’re ready to dive in the deep blue, put on your swim suit and jump in!

Reef Gardens - Missió: Escull Possible
Els esculls de corall tenen un impacte positiu en la natura. Cobreixen una petita fracció del fons oceànic, però alberguen una quarta part de tota la vida marina, protegeixen les costes de les fortes onades i filtren l'aigua de l'oceà.
Així doncs, agafa les aletes, perquè aquest fascinant paradís submarí està en perill. L'oceà et necessita.
A Reef Gardens, no només busseges per diversió, sinó que tens una missió: reconstruir els esculls de corall abans que s'acabin el temps i els diners. Cada casella que col·loques dóna vida a un nou tros d'escull, però la conservació no és barata. Quan els fons s'esgoten, és possible que hagis d'arrencar els esculls que acabes de plantar per finançar el teu proper avenç de recerca.
En el teu torn, hauràs de triar entre Plantar i Sortir a la superfície. No es pot passar, sempre has de fer una acció. Plantar et permet comprar corals del viver submarí i plantar-los immediatament. Sortir a la superfície requereix completar almenys un escull i recuperar el teu submarinista per rebre fons de recerca.
Protegiràs el que has construït o ho sacrificaràs per intentar alguna cosa més gran? Si no estàs familiaritzat amb el submarinisme i els corals, pots començar amb el tutorial. Un cop estiguis a punt per submergir-te en el blau profund, posa't el banyador i salta!
