Spielmaterial größtenteils nicht zu sehen und daher nicht spielbar. Außerdem habe ich vorgeschlagen das Spiel daher abzubrechen. Das wurde abgelehnt. Dann wurde ich ausgeschlossen. Ich möchte das Karma wiederhaben.

Hello, I demand that my Karma points be returned. I was playing the final phase of Wingspan and the game had an error without letting me make any movement. The green player (whom I have reported) has taken advantage of this situation to expel me from the game when I try to reload the game and try to solve the error. I know that it is difficult for games to work well but it is not fair that because of an error on their platform they have to sanction me. I hope the reporting tools improve to cover these types of cases in the same game. Thank you

The problem was at the very beginning of the game. In fact, I didn't even get to take a turn!

• What happened when you tried to do this game action (error message, game status bar message, ...)?

Error message and then I was kicked out.

My screen displayed that it was the other players turn and their clock was going down I waited until after they were down to -0:30 to expel the other player but when I did that it kicked me out and took my karma instead.

Due to the slow nature of turn based games, but the high minimum for real time turn time allowances, I often play multiple instances of the same game type. Server lag has clocked up a few Karma dings for me on this and Pax Ren. Who knows when I'll be able to tourney again.

Constant errors and getting penalties for nothing!

I started with 5 cards and 5 foods (while not chosen) and at some point all of the sudden losing foods.

I can't take my turn so I'm thrown out of the game while it's not my fault.

This both happened a few times. I costs me 30 point and I get a bad reputation.

At the end of this game game block me from playing any action… I try to restart but than BGA block me to come back until opponent didnt kick me from the game!

I was waiting the previous player and when it was my turn I've got a message indicating that my time is passed and i've been expelted

I had to click on items/moves dozens of times before it would actually register a move. As a result, my time ran out and I was kicked out of the game.

I just opened BGA, started a game, someone joined, then the interface was taking forever (and my computer fan was running). I got kicked out for not making first move in 3 minutes.

I updated the MacOS today, with no other apparent problems.

It was my turn. I was trying to lay a bird and it would not let me click in the bird. So, I tried to lay eggs, but it wouldn’t let me lay eggs. Then I ran out of time. Both times, when I clicked on the bird it showed me the stats and details of the bird and would not let me select it.
I was playing on my iPhone.

Same as others, we were in round 4, I tried to do any action - play a bird, lay eggs, etc. The game would not let me do anything and I was kicked out of the game because my time ran out while I was trying to play my turn.

AT THE SAME TIME I DID THE SIMILAR ACTION, BUT THE PROGRAM CONTINUED TO WAIT FOR THIS ACTION FROM ME. I TRIED TO PUT THE EGG ON ANOTHER BIRD, THE PROGRAM DID NOT REACT IN ANY WAY. IN THE END TIME RUNNED OUT.

F5 ne résolu rien

A chaque fois que je fais mon action (à mon tour) cela me dit "cette action est impossible à ce moment du jeu" et le jeu revient sur la confirmation de l'action du joueur d'avant

Playing on my mobile app I played a bird during the end of the first round. The app froze and I tried to refresh. App wouldn't load. All my other apps working fine and connected to the internet. I restarted my phone but the app still wouldn't load. I logged on through the website by then the other person had ended the game. I lost 10 points and 10 karma points. I don't believe this was fair.

I wasn’t able to click to take any actions. Reloading each turn worked a couple of times but stopped. I was expelled even after telling them my interface had a problem and it was taking me longer. They said ok but when I started winning they kicked me out.

I couldn't take any actions!! I only chose my first cards and food and then I couldn't play anymore.

The game displayed that the other player was running out of time. When I waited the full 3 minutes on top over extra time to allow them the chance to come back, after an extra minute I tried to expel the other person for the same to update and say I was expelled because I was out of time.

I am having the same issue. In my last two games, when my turn came, I was unable to complete the turn. I would get an error that I could not do the turn. I've also had it happen when I tried to pick my starting cards and food. It's dropped my ELO in half, so it is extremely frustrating.

I refreshed and was able to do my action was was waiting for others to play, but then I got the message that I was kicked out.

game state showed to be the turn of one of my opponents, next thing i know my time is low. The next time that happened, i was kicked/game was abendoned.

Mon écran était gelé, la souris pouvait bouger mais je ne pouvais cliquer sur aucune action. Je me suis donc fait expulser et ai perdu plein de points

I had the same thing happen as StefanKOLK on Dec 6th. I'm in game. It shows me that I'm waiting for my opponent to play. Shows me a "skip turn" button. I click it, but is shows me that I'm kicking myself out for not playing. But the game was not showing it was my turn! I lost karma points for this.
